In order to complete your registration for your UCL computer User ID, and set a password via UCL MyAccount, you will need to contact UCL IT Services via the ISD Chat Facility 

The ISD Chat Facility 

Service Desk Analysts are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time) 

Click on ISD Chat Facility and then on Start a chat with IT Services under Live Chat 

Fill in your ISD User ID and the ticket reference Request #1337557 under Brief summary of issue before you begin your chat. It is important to mention the ticket reference: 

Tell the Service Desk Analysts that you need to register for MyAccount and you will be asked for the following information: 

1. Full Name 

2. ISD User ID 

3. Your Mobile Number or Personal Email Address 

It can take up to 2 hours for your new password to work across all UCL systems.
