Studying in London was really beneficial for my career. The opportunity of exchanging experiences with other students is great, but at the same time it was even better to have the chance to meet people working in London from banks, law firms, private equity and venture capital funds.
The day-to-day experience of learning in classes was the best part of studying at UCL Laws. Professor Marc Moore (now Chair in Corporate/Financial Law at UCL Laws) was the best teacher I have ever had.
My advice to students would be: focus on your studies and give it your all; but make sure you also take the time to enjoy the town, campus experience, and socialise with friends.
