This event, hosted by Professor Maria Lee and Dr Steven Vaughan, Directors of the UCL Centre for Law and Environment, is about celebrating the contributions of UCL’s environmental lawyers, past and present. It is also an opportunity for us to celebrate the reopening of the home of the Faculty of Laws, Bentham House.
This free-to-attend conference is available solely to those UCL Laws alumni who have studied environmental law with us and to our current environmental law students: to allow our current and former students to hear about the leading scholarship we are engaged in; and for alumni to speak to their lives after UCL, how they are shaping the creation and development of environmental law around the world. As such, this event is a collaboration between scholars and practitioners, involving UCL Laws staff, current and former students, and other stakeholders within and outside of UCL.
