UCL Laws LLM student Jake Newell nominated for The UK Blog Awards

Jake Newell is the Editor-In-Chief of Newell Legal, a blog which covers legal developments in the UK and abroad.

Newell Legal, a blog which UCL Laws LLM student Jake Newell serves as Editor-In-Chief, has been nominated in two categories for The UK Blog Awards: the "Group" and "World View" awards.

Newell Legal has been recognised for its outstanding reporting on a vast range of topics, and its contributions from a team of writers.

Newell Legal is a not-for-profit organisation consisting of a group of writers from various educational institutions. Their goal is to raise awareness about legal developments (both UK and international) as well as current affairs covering finance, human rights, business, technology and politics.

Jake commented:

"I am absolutely delighted that that Newell Legal has received a nomination for such a prestigious award. I'm very proud of the hard work from the team who all thoroughly deserve it credit for their commitment. The UK Blog Awards aims to recognise the best bloggers, Social Influencers, organisations and individual creators across several categories and is only multi-industry awards honouring online excellence.
