Counterclaim from Thomas James Alexander Brown Fairbairn, of St Vincent , claiming for 27 enslaved persons under the will of Thos. Fairbairn. Replication of Margaret Waller (late Margaret Seton), executrix of James Seton, suggesting that the money for 27 enslaved persons go to the Accountant General of the Court Exchequer to await the result of a suit instituted in the Court of Chancery of the Island of Grenada.
