Letter, dated 12/01/1836, to Glenelg from William Fennell, stating that his brother had died in Jamaica: 'Now my Lord I am at a loss to know what steps are necessary for me to take in order to entitle me to receive the compensation allowed by Govt to Negro Proprietors'.
