Claim by Sir Sam Stirling [of Glorat, Stirlingshire, Scotland] trustee and executor to Archd Napier. Counterclaim by Mary Inness of [51] Guildford St, Middlesex and John Wm. Innes of Hampstead, executor of Alexander Innes, John Wm. Innes also being residuary devisee, for £17243 0s 6d due on a mortgage. Counterclaim also from Nath. Mason of Red Lion Square, Gent. (with Joseph Mason of Cambridge Heath Hackney and Jane Wilson of Malvern Worcestershire, both withdrawing later)  'the absolute ownership free from all incumbrces.'
