Notes

  1. The original grantees of King's Bay were John Piggot (under Queen Bay/St Paul nos. 13, 14 and 38) and Wm. Young (under St Paul no. 361/2); Present Possessor 'Mrs Caroline Inniss [sic]. In 1832 the Owner was shown as Mrs Napier; the estate was still in production in 1862. Wm. Young is possibly Sir William Young although there is room for confusion with William Young of Auchenskeoch (q.v.).
