T71/895: Thomas Louis was administrator to the estate of Nathan Lucas (deceased). Counterclaim, dated 15/04/1811, from Thomas Daniel, of Bristol, and John Daniel, of London, by their attorney Thomas Louis, as creditors by judgement and execution for £7166 13s 4d with interest at 5% from 30/04/1834. The counterclaim was admitted but paid to Thomas Louis, who was classified as absentee/merchant on the basis of Daniels' apparently successful claim.
T71/554 p. 19: enslaved persons were registered by Thomas Louis, as administrator, in 1834.
