1.The partnership that subsisted between Wm. Ewart of Liverpool (since deceased) and Peter Ewart of Manchester as cotton spinners and continued after Wm. Ewarts death by John Ewart (his son and executor) and Peter Ewart was dissolved by mutual consent 28/02/1824.
