Notes

  1. The original purchaser of Barbados Bay division (St George parish) Lot. no. 6 on 19/03/1767 was Roger Smith: Woodcock shows Roger Smith also as the purchaser of Barbados Bay division Lot no. 13 (which was omitted by Fowler). Lots nos. 6 and 13 together with Lot no. 15 (purchased 19/03/1767 by Archibald Kennedy) came together to form the Cradley estate. By 1773 the Present Proprietor of Lots nos. 6 and 15 (and presumably no. 13 too) was Thomas Cotton. In 1832 the owner was 'Hrs Wilson & Cunningham'; the estate was still in cultivation in 1862 and the Present Possessor c. 1866 was Jas. Cunningham.

Barbados Bay division (St George parish) Lots nos. 6 and 15 (which together with Lot no. 13 - not shown in Fowler - came to form Cradley) were originally purchased 19/03/1767 by Roger Smith (Lot no. 6, 400 acres) and by Archibald Kennedy (Lot no. 15 100 acres). Woodcock shows Roger Smith also having purchased Lot no. 13.
