Biography

Eldest daughter of Henry Murray of Ipswich, Suffolk, and his wife Ann. Owned one quarter of River View in St Thomas-in-the-East, and a spinster of Ipswich, when she sold her share to her uncle Charles Murray in 1810. By 1817, her father owned 2/3 of the estate, presumably inherited from Charles Murray. Her father died in 1819 and Anna Murray was one of his trustees and executors.
