George William Mackay now residing in Trelawny.

To my brother H. Donald Mackay all my books and such part of my silver plate as may have the initials of my late father and mother impressed thereon. The residue of my silver plate with all my remaining apparel, horses, mule, char, bed, bedding, all other furniture on York estate to my houeskeeper Catherine Muir of Trelawny.

All rest and residue to my brother H. Donald Mackay, John Clerk of St Mary Esquire and William Andrews of Kingston Esquire upon trust, to sell and invest in the best manner to provide the annuities hereinafter given.

To Catherine Muir and each of her daughters named Sarah Mackay, Jane Mackay, Catherine Mackay and Mary Mackay £50 Jamaican currency each year for life.

To each of my reputed sons John Mackay and James Mackay £50 Jamaican currency each year for life until they each reach the age of 21 years.

All rest and residue of the money to be invested and laid out by my trustees and the proceeds to be paid for the use of my brother Donald for his natural life and after this the principal sum for the use of the son of heir of H. Donald Mackay lawfully begotten.

My brother Donald Mackay, John Clark and William Andrews to be executors and trustees.
