Osborn, as inheritors of Mary Haverkam (?); counterclaim by Samuel Watts and Robert Horsford, as trustees under deed of conveyance in trust for Sarah McHugo and her children. T71/1223: letter, dated 15/05/1837, from Barron & Co., 4 Upper Charles St., stating that Mrs Watts and Mrs McHugo were both grand-daughters of Monica Kirwan; Mary Haverkam was their mother. Lt-Col. Samuel Watts and Robert Horsford were constrained to counterclaim versus Mrs McHugo's claim by virtue of the trust deed executed by Mrs McHugo in favour of her children before her marriage to Mr McHugo.
