Biography

Residing in Great Britain in 1817. Jane Whitaker and her co-owner Sarah Whitaker have not been further traced to date. The will of Jane Whitaker widow of Kenwyn Cornwall proved 30/05/1828 shows a daughter Sarah, but has no evidence of a Jamaica connection: this woman was the widow of Rev. John Whitaker who died c. 1809.
