Biography

Jane Spragge 'of Greenwich' was the lessor of Cheshire estate (and the enslaved people on it) in Trelawny to James Kerr of Soho in 1773, and with her son Robert Wadham Spragge (q.v.) to Dugald and Elizabeth McLachlan in 1787.

Jane Veal married Robert Spragge in St Martin-in-the-Fields, Westminster, 29/03/1766. Their son Robert Wadham Spragge was baptised 16/07/1766 in Richmond.
