London lawyer, 'Serjeant Heath.' 'G. Heath' of Chancery Lane wrote to the Commissioners of Compensation as 'interested in' the will of Wm Dunbar. Dunbar was his father-in-law, a London notary who had purchased an annuity in the secondary market from Rev. William Philip Menzies (q.v.) secured on the Spring Estate in Jamaica.
