Almost certainly Dr John Murray, son and heir of John Murray MP (q.v.). The Jamaica Almanac for 1828 (published in 1829) showed him as deceased, but in accounts of court proceedings in Britain he was shown as dying in early 1830. He had succeeded to Hopewell after his father's death.
