"Free person", owner of 30 enslaved people and 30 stock in St Ann, Jamaica, in 1792.
Tentatively identified as Elizabeth Williams, "free quadroon" daughter of John Williams of St Ann who was one of eleven children granted some of the rights of white people in St Ann in an Act of the Jamaican House of Assembly 27/11/1777.
