Biography
Son of John Fisher of Greenwich (q.v.) and brother of John Fisher (q.v.).
- Will of James Fisher of Lincoln Inn [made in 1778] proved 26/10/1791. He left an annuity of £200 p.a. to his aunt Ann Fisher of Greenwich, secured on his land in Gloucestershire and his plantation [and enslaved people] in the West Indies, which he left subject to this annuity to his brother John Fisher. He left his personalty to fund a further annuity of £100 p.a. to his aunt Ann, with residue to be shared for life between three other of his aunts, Elizabeth Farr (wife of Thomas Farr of Bristol), Ann Campbell (wife of Robert Campbell q.v.) and Sarah Birch (wife of Charles Birch of the City of London).
