???? - 1822
Of Great Queen Street, Lincolns Inn Fields, appearing as mortgagee as well as trustee of Dugald Campbell of Saltspring (q.v.) and separately as trustee of Susanna Johnson (q.v.) with Dugald Campbell of Saltspring. His will, proved 18/03/1822, sheds no light on his involvement in slave-property, but he appears to have been a London lawyer.
PROB 11/1654/299. He was the addressee of a cache of letters from Dugald Campbell c. 1813 in Smith v. Campbell, TNA J 90/536.
