Biography

Co-heir with his siblings of his brother John Cossley Hall (q.v.); They appeared as co-devisees for Bachelors Hall in St Ann between 1823 and 1826. He had been committed to the Fleet Prison for debt in 1795.

  1. Edmund Hyde Hall is identified as the author of A Description of Caernarvonshire (1809-1811) and 'Lines on Bodfel Hall' in the edited letters of Hester Lynch Piozzi, and shown as dying in obscurity in Dublin in 1824.
