Arabella Catherine Montgomery (née Osborn)

Grand-daughter of Kean Osborn (q.v.) and daughter of Kean Osborn the younger (d. 1812, q.v.) and Theodosia Osborn nee Ward. She and her mother were the beneficiaries of annuities secured on slave-property under the will of her grandfather. She left £50,000 in her own right on her death in 1879.

1. Will of Arabella Catherine Montgomery late of 3 Avenue d'Antin in Paris who died 15/03/1879 at Nice granted 12/05/1879 to Francis Otavius Montgomery, personal estate under £50,000. Her husband, a younger son of an Irish landowner in County Down named Hugh Montgomery, left £161,661 in 1885.
