Glasgow merchant, co-owner with William Robertson of Glasgow and John Robertson of Plantation and with his wife Ramsey or Ramsay and John Robertson's wife Elizabeth, of Prospect on Carriacou until its sale in 1793. His estate was subject to litigation after his death c. 1794.
