Given in the compensation records as Samuel Binger but tentatively identified as Samuel Henry Binger.
Samuel Henry Binger a "free quadroon the son of Benjamin Binger Overseer on Monymusk Estate in this parish, and of Olive Christian Dallas of said parish" baptised at the overseer's house on Monymusk 13/03/1814.
Samuel Binger registered two enslaved people in Clarendon by deed of gift from Olive C. Dallas.
Death "At the Farm pen, St. Catherine's, on the evening of Thursday last, after a short illness, Mr. Samuel H. Binger, late overseer on that property. His urbanity of manners and sincerity of heart endeared him to all who knew him, and whose premature demise will long be regretted by his numerous friends and acquaintances."
