Son of Algernon, Earl of Beverley, and husband of Anne Caroline Greatheed, the daughter of Bertie Bertie Greatheed (q.v.): Charles Greatheed Bertie Percy was awarded compensation on St Kitts as a trustee of the estate of Bertie Bertie Greatheed. The estate in St Peter Basseterre that had been owned by Samuel Greatheed in the 1753 Samuel Baker map was shown as 'Charles Bertie Percy' in the 1828 William McMahon map.
