Awarded part of the compensation for enslaved people on the Bath estate in Westmoreland Jamaica as trustee under the will of David Murray, with others including Agnes Murray (q.v.). Almost certainly the same man as Richard Willis who shared the compensation for Spring Vale Pen in St James.
