Mother of Sir Charles Edward Trevelyan, the Indian administrator and domestic civil service reformer who married Hannah More, sister of Lord Macaulay, grandmother of George Otto Trevelyan and great-grandmother of George Macaulay Trevelyan.
Will of Harriet Trevelyan, widow of Enmore Somerset proved 03/06/1854. Among the provisions in her will was the explicit bequest of her life interest in the slave compensation for an estate in Grenada to her son George.
