Harriet Trevelyan widow (née Neave)

Harriet, 3rd daughter of Sir Richard Neave Bart. Married George Trevelyan (1764-1827), archdeacon of Taunton. Awarded the compensation with other family members for six awards in Grenada.

1. Mother of Sir Charles Edward Trevelyan, the Indian administrator and domestic civil service reformer who married Hannah More, sister of Lord Macaulay, grandmother of George Otto Trevelyan and great-grandmother of George Macaulay Trevelyan.

2. Will of Harriet Trevelyan, widow of Enmore Somerset proved 03/06/1854. Among the provisions in her will was the explicit bequest of her life interest in the slave compensation for an estate in Grenada to her son George.
