Probably the Thomas Oatway [sic] Esquire mentioned in the will of John Hoyes of Grenada and Forres, Scotland, "my late partner in Grenada". John Hoyes bequeathed £250 sterling to Thomas Otway's younger children.

A cover note outlining the contents of the document.
