Resident MD, awarded the compensation for the enslaved on St Christopher in British Guiana, and dying by 1840. The estate had belonged to John Walcott's father-in-law Edward Barnwell. John Walcott had also been shown as the owner of Bachelors Adventure in Demerara in 1817.
London Gazette 19853 05/05/1840 p. 1134 carries a call on behalf of Mary Ann Walcott as executrix for the creditors of John Walcott MD deceased.
