In registering for and/or participating in our events you are consenting to comply with our code of conduct. We want our speakers and attendees' experience to be positive and productive.
We do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any kind. This includes:
- Negative comments about race/ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, physical appearance, citizenship, or other protected categories.
- Intimidation or threats, including sharing images or text in order to threaten
- Unwelcome sexual attention, including sharing images or text with the intention to sexually harass
- Any activity meant to convey or cultivate hostility or agression
- Personal insults or other attacks directed against a person.
- Encouraging any of the above.
Participants who do not adhere to this code will be asked to stop their behaviour and if they do not stop they will be removed from the event.
You can submit concerns about any of the above issues to any UCL staff working on the event. These staff members will be introduced at the start of the event.
