Step 1: Recording
* Record your audio and convert to MP3
* Microphone
* Speakers or headphones ~
* Audio editing software (Audacity - http://audacity.sourceforge.neV)
Recommended settings:
Channels: Mono Sample rate: 44100Hz Sample format: 16 bit Bit rate: 64bps (spoken word) 128bos (music)

Step 2: Publishing
* Generate RSS feed using RSS creator
* Upload MP3s and RSS feed to webspace
