Let anyone see your tweets

Write first tweet ('A word a day')
Follow each other (get to know the e-mail address or username of one of your colleagues and invite him/her. This person can see your tweets and eventually follow you.)
Write second tweet and re-tweet (= send to your followers).

A few things to bear in mind:
a. On your 'Profile' page the tweets you have written appear.
b. On your 'Home' page the tweets you have written AND the tweets of the people you follow appear (? our tweets are delivered to our followers).
c. On your 'Profile' page you also see small icons of the people you follow.
d. If you invite someone by e-mail to look at your tweet, this person will see your profile page.
e. If you find an interesting tweet and you are logged in, you can click on 'Retweet'. The tweet will then be sent to all your followers.

How can you directly 'answer' a tweet?
You can't. If you follow you must 'hope' that this person reciprocates your interest and follows you in return.
