  2. Congratulations to Chunxin Yuan for his recent successful PhD viva. Chunxin's thesis is titled ''The evolution of oceanic nonlinear internal waves over variable topography'' and he is supervised by Ted Johnson and Roger Grimshaw.
  3. Alexey Zaikin has been awarded a MRC grant for the project ''HSM: Construction of graph-based network longitudinal algorithms to identify screening and prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets (GBNLA)''

4. The department has been awarded platinum in UCL Green Impact.
