UCL Medical School are proud to announce that we have been awarded an Athena Swan Silver Award (2023) for its works towards promoting an inclusive environment for all staff and students.

Athena SWAN awards are made to universities or their departments that have shown significant progress in addressing the imbalance in career progressions of women vs men in science, engineering and technology.
