Our virtual taster session is open to all and is a chance to learn more about the BSc Cancer Biomedicine curriculum. You can hear from staff and students as well. These sessions are designed with the University of London.

About the Speaker
Ursula McGovern
Honorary Associate Professor - Cancer Institute at UCL
Dr McGovern is a consultant medical oncologist at University College London Hospitals. She was appointed a consultant in 2011 and completed her oncology training in London, obtaining a PhD in molecular oncology from Imperial College. She specialises in the treatment of prostate and bladder cancer.
In her role as a UCL honorary associate professor, she runs the oncology teaching programme delivered by UCL Medical School and is the Undergraduate Programme Lead for the UCL Cancer Institute, helping to train and encourage UCL students to become the cancer physicians and researchers of the future.
