She qualified as a chef, travelled the World, then got a job as medical secretary in the NHS. In the following 30 years, Aisha has worked her way up the ladder in the NHS and Higher Education, to become Divisional Manager in one of the largest Divisions at UCL, whilst single handedly raising 3 children. She attributes her success to having a strong work ethic and an amazing and supporting team.
