MUSE is leading the vascular activities in WEISS with a Platform for Precision Vascular Medicine. This unique setup combines a patient-specific in-vitro testing with sophisticated simulations of vascular conditions.
As part of this platform we are developing in-silico tools to guide surgical interventions but also, to understand the biology of vascular conditions via a multiscale approach.
MUSE is also developing software for the biological/physiological community. In particular our Easy Lipids software for analyses of histological samples of lipids (image processing, counting and statistical analyses). The software is currently being beta-tested by chosen groups.
