Jianhui Zhang

Zhang is a Ph.D. student of Mechanical Engineering at University College London. He joined NSL (Nanoengineered Systems Lab) in 2020 after winning UCL’s highly competitive Overseas Research and Graduate Research Scholarship (full scholarship). Before that, Jianhui finished his Master's studies at Tsinghua University and undergraduate study at North China Electric Power University in China.

My research interests focus on:

(1) Nanoengineered surfaces for photonics, condensation, and anti-icing applications (ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 2023, 15, 6, 8699–8708);

(2) Soft matter, fluid and nonlinear dynamics (Physical Review E 93, 1, 012214);

(3) Wearable sensors for medical applications and 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing 61, 103343).
