Congratulations to Junwen Gu for his first PhD article, "Towards understanding mesopore formation in zeolite Y crystals using alkaline additives via in situ small-angle X-ray scattering", which has been published in Microporous and Mesoporous Materials (Vol.338, 111867).

Junwen based the article on his PhD research with Prof Gopinathan Sankar (UCL Chemistry) in collaboration with Prof Marc-Olivier Coppens (UCL Chemical Engineering) at the Centre for Nature Inspired Engineering (CNIE), with Jacqui (Jiaqi) Lin, Andy Smith (Diamond Light Source), and colleagues in Thailand at the Synchrotron Light Research Institute (Siriwat Soontaranon, Supagorn Rugmai) and Ksetsart University (Chanapa Kongmark).
