Contacting HR OSD
HR OSD aims to provide staff
across the organisation with relevant learning and development opportunities
ranging from classroom-based workshops, bite-sized masterclasses and 1-1
coaching, through to online learning via a Desktop
Learning Portal and locally tailored development.
This development and support is provided free to all UCL staff, and we work with departments and divisions across UCL to ensure that what we offer provides staff with the knowledge and skills they need to perform effectively.
We are always keen to hear from staff, whether this is feedback on our current programmes or about other learning and development needs that you would like us to support. We would encourage you to give us your feedback by answer 4 questions in this short survey.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to talk to one of the team you can contact the Organisational and Staff Development Consultant for your area. Details can be found on OSD team webpage on the HR OSD website.
