New UCL Core Behaviours Framework for all staff
1 October 2013
The UCL HR Organisational Development team has recently created a new 'UCL Core Behaviours Framework' for use by all staff.
Devised as part of our ongoing commitment
to your personal and professional development, it is designed to help you (and
your team members) identify and develop those core behaviours most appropriate
to your current and future career aspirations.
In addition to helping you (and your team) to achieve your goals it will also assist UCL to achieve its vision and values as outlined in the 2011-2021 Council White Paper.
In addition to the Framework, an overview document is also provided, as are Guidance Notes for Line Managers and for Team Members. These can be accessed at:
http://www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/osd/core-behaviours/index.php
The UCL Core Behaviours Framework replaces the 2008 UCL Core Management Competencies, which have now been withdrawn.
