Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2015 - staff survey

UCL are submitting an application in the 2015 Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.

We didn't apply last year but in 2013 we placed 53rd in the list of top 100 gay-employers. We hope to improve on this number next year.

All organisations participating in the Index are asked to invite their employees to fill in a questionnaire giving feedback directly to Stonewall on their experiences working in their organisation. The questionnaire is open to heterosexual as well as lesbian, gay and bisexual staff. It is worth five per cent of the overall marks in the assessment.
