Participants needed for online legal decision-making study

In a criminal trial, jurors are presented with a vast quantity of evidence before being asked to decide on a verdict. UCL researchers are interested in exactly how this evidence is used by jurors.

The study is open to anyone aged 18 and over, regardless of native language or nationality. In the online study, participants will be asked to read a shortened version of a criminal case tried in a Crown Court in England and asked to make a series of judgements based on what they have read. The study should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary.
