Transforming our Professional Services: UCL Year Planner

The Planning Team are currently developing an online, high level, easy to access UCL Year Planner.

This will be an online summary of the major issues of work required by central professional services, faculties and Vice-Provost Offices for each academic year, published in early July.

The online calendar aims to encourage better sharing of information across the UCL community and enable effective local planning. If the pilot is successful, the UCL Year Planner will be converted into business as usual, led by the Planning Team.

We are currently gathering content from key professional services, faculty and VPO colleagues, designing how the planner will be accessed online (a printable version will also be available) and engaging key users in the design process. We will follow the pilot with an evaluation of the planner's effectiveness with further engagement with our key user community.
