Inside UCL now helps you manage your team

The My team function on the app gives you an at a glance overview of all your direct reports showing their assignment information, leave, sickness absence and mandatory training.  

The new tool makes it much easier for managers to view upcoming leave, remaining leave entitlements, log sickness absence on behalf of their team and see whether team members need a reminder about completing their mandatory training – all while staying in the app! 

We will continue to add more features in upcoming terms. The team are keen to get feedback from managers on what they find helpful and what other features they would like to be added. Just hit the Feedback button on the app and let them know.
