FAMIS to be decommissioned as of 31 July 2024

10 July 2024

What's Changing?

UCL building register

As of 1 August 2024, the UCL building register will be migrating to MyCampus. If you currently have additional access to the building register on FAMIS, the Estates team will be getting in touch with you directly during June and July 2024 to arrange access and training.

Space reports

The way you access UCL Space Data with us is changing. As of 1 August 2024, space data will be moving to MyCampus. Guidance on how to access training will be made available and current users of FAMIS space reporting will be contacted directly during June and July 2024.

Maintenance ticket requests

Requests for maintenance, repair, cleaning, setting up for an event, or moving can now be done via MyCampus (with the exception of buildings on the UCL East campus).

I have outstanding service request tickets on the previous system – what will happen to these?

If you have an outstanding ticket on FAMIS, the Estates team will contact you during July 2024 with more information. To view your request, you can log on to FAMIS up to 31 July 2024.
