Launch of MyServices coming soon – find out more about the service in our new video

Last week, UCL’s Vice-President of Operations Aimie Chapple spoke to you about ESM – MyServices.  

This week, Marc Biebuyck, Programme Director for Enterprise Service Management, sat down with Aimie to chat about the work that he and the team are doing with UCL business areas. 

In our newly released video, Aimie and Marc speak about the significant developments being worked on to improve how services are managed and delivered across UCL’s diverse departments and how this will improve the experience for staff and students

As Marc explains, MyServices is designed to streamline service delivery by establishing common processes across various functional areas such as HR, Finance, and IT. MyServices’ primary goal is to eliminate silos, enabling different parts of our institution to collaborate more efficiently and deliver a common interface for users 

The new service is poised to go live in stages this summer, starting with foundational areas such as HR, Finance, and IT. Following its launch, it will be continually enhanced with new features and functionalities. 

Over the next few weeks. leaders from Human Resources, the Professional Services Hub, Finance and ISD will be sharing further insights on what MyServices will mean for their areas – stay tuned for more videos like this!
