Shape the future of UCL communications – Join our focus groups
16 October 2024
We are working to improve communications across the university, so that you and other key audiences receive more information that is relevant, targeted and personalised to your needs.
As part of this, we’re developing a set of persona cards that capture key audience characteristics – like values, behaviours, and communication preferences. These persona cards will empower university teams to deliver more targeted, engaging, and impactful communications. Accompanied by a guide for continuous improvement, these cards will be available by the start of 2025 for everyone to use.
To ensure these persona cards truly reflect the diverse voices of UCL, we’re hosting a series of focus groups, and we need your input!
You are invited to join one of our sessions to help improve our findings and contribute to a project that will benefit the entire UCL community. Each focus group will be small, with no more than ten participants, and will last about an hour. Light refreshments will be provided.
