Professor Jonathan Montgomery (UCL Laws) comments on the World Health Organization's new global standards that will enable single men and women, and same-sex couples, to be classified as infertile and obtain access to fertility treatments. He says the NHS will be forced to review its policies but will probably not adopt the WHO standards wholesale.
